The gemstone Chrysocolla is a copper mineral and it is often found mixed with Malachite, Turquoise and/or Azurite, giving us a range of color from green to robin's egg blue. It is, in fact, often mistaken for turquoise. Found wherever copper deposits occur, Chrysocolla is especially prevalent in areas of the southwestern United States, Chili, Zaire, Australia, France and England.

Chrysocolla is associated with tranquility and peace, intuition, patience, and unconditional love. It is known as a healing stone among Native American Indian cultures where it was used for strengthening the body's resistance and bringing about calm feelings where there is upset.
